Joseph Rodney Rowland has worked for himself over the 20 years in the real estate industry, specifically purchasing, rehabbing, and renting homes throughout Philadelphia.  He volunteers with a union he worked with when fully employed in the construction industry – helping with their fundraising activities putting on special events for the community.
